Wasted space
I went there for a conference. A lot of space, totally wasted. A much more intelligent use of this area could have been done and...maybe keeping it clean during an international congress.
Extreme Rationalism
If you have to go there for business fine, but unless you are a hard core of 1930's Rationalist architecture, it is not worth the trip.
