Kamimura is a middle ground where it serves quality japanese cuisine at reasonable prices (read: RM25-RM35 for a set lunch). Nestled in the upper floors of the Weld, you will need to make a reservation if you plan to have lunch here (that&#39;s how popular it is). Food here is non-halal though, but if you do swing by, do try their sashimi platter for two and their niku tofu set meal. These are my personal favourites.
