Cathy..

One of the main landmarks of Kuala Lumpur is the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, which might be said to be one of the most architectonically representative buildings in the city for photography. Currently it is the High Court of Malaysia. The style of the building mixes Moorish and English Colonial classical types, and strongly bears the stamp of its time period, and clearly exemplifies the historical sense of English colonization of Malaysia. Malaysia Merdeka Square is situated across from the Sultan Abdul Samad Building, and occupies an approximate area of 8.2 hectares. It features an inviting green grass meadow, and has a lot of historical value, and is a place to visit when in Kuala Lumpur. We strolled through downtown Kuala Lumpur, but it was extremely hot, so we found a cafe near the Sultan Abdul Samad Building that was quite good. I forget the name, but those who are interested can look for it, it was a cafe that had a very classic feel.
