古晋的标志性建筑物，基本在古晋市中心那里都能看见它，不对外开放，只能远远河对面以及河边看看，渡船过去有一个小栈道，不过靠近议会大厦的地方正在维修感觉没有多少兴趣走过去，白天晚上都挺漂亮的一个建筑物。
