    Looks nice from outside

    It's not that big but right in the centre of kuopio. It looks quite pretty on the outside but was closed so could not go inside

    A homely nice small Orthodox Cathedral in Kuopio near centrum - nice to see and visit solo or with family and friends

    Charming small church

    This redbrick Orthodox cathedral was built in 1902-1903. On our visit, the church was closed. It is open only during the services: Saturday Vigil at 18:00 and Sunday Liturgy at 10:00.

    This anther fine cathedral in Kuopia on the corner of Sepankatu and Hallituska. It is a very imposing building but sadly was closed when I went to visit
