What people are saying:

Byron Falls in the Kuranda rainforest is definitely the most spectacular scenery in this forest. The waterfall descends step by step from the peak, arousing layers of spray. When the rain is plentiful, the water volume is particularly large and spectacular, but in the dry season there is also a waterfall like a white ribbon hanging in the mountains, which is exceptionally beautiful.

    WOW......

What a sight. Traveled up via the Scenic Railway and whilst not in full flow it was still an impressive sight to say the least. Well worth a visit.

    Water still flowing

A decent flow still, thanks to a cyclone on Mar 1st. You get a great view from the lookout by the carpark. There's also a longer boardwalk, but there is very little info to tell you where it goes and ...

    Perfect piece of nature

We did the national park walking track down to the falls at Kuranda and it was great. 100% recommend, it’s great for everyone and anything that needs to go down the track.

    Stunning

Magnificent, can't imagine what it would be like with more water. The height and abundant pools are gorgeous, it takes your breath away.
