The Kyoto Tower is a popular site to watch the sunset and the night view of Kyoto. Kyoto is not a particularly prosperous place, and the night is not expected to be particularly stunning like in Tokyo. But the sunset is surprisingly beautiful. This is mainly to enjoy the weather and city views. Figure 4 The ticket to the tower can be bought at the ticket vending machine. Time is just right, and the telescope does not ask for the extra charge is the focus. There are very few sightseeing places, but not crowded with people. There is no open platform, but the observatory glass is spotless, and from time to time, there are staff members coming over the glass room to clean. However, the glass is still reflective. But if you are not interested in sunsets and city night scenes, Kyoto Tower isn’t a place for you. After all, it is said that Kyoto is not a bustling metropolis, no high-rise buildings, and a typical urban landscape. I didn't regret going to the tower because the sunset was so great.
