＂ Waterwheel Expo Park ＂ is located on Nanbinhe East Road, Lanzhou. It was built in 2015. The Expo Park consists of waterwheel park, waterwheel square and cultural square. The park reproduces the spectacular scene of waterwheels on both sides of the Yellow River more than 50 years ago. It is a theme park that displays Lanzhou waterwheel culture. Ming Jiajing 35 years (1556), Ming Dynasty Jinshi, Lanzhou people continued to visit several southern provinces when they were officials, using the construction principle of the southern wooden barrel car, combined with the characteristics of the Yellow River water emergency, after repeated trial and production, successfully made the Yellow River water truck. Farmers on both sides of the Yellow River competed to imitate, and the Yellow River water trucks started to flow, so that the dry and rainy banks of the Yellow River could benefit from the water trucks created by the section. After more than 400 years, the waterwheel was perfected, and by 1952, the unique structure, exquisite craftsmanship, and the majestic two hundred and fifty-two wheeled waterwheel stood on both sides of the Yellow River, forming a unique landscape.

Lanzhou Waterwheel Park is located in the west section of Nanbinhe Road in the city, adjacent to the "Yellow River Iron Bridge" in the east, "Yellow River Mother" and "Green Hope" sculpture in the west, looking at Baita Mountain Park in the north, and near Baiyun in the south, is an important scene on the Binhe Road tourism line.
