I have two similarities with EAT. I discovered this place three years ago, and it looks great among a bunch of overrated and exaggerated food. But as Yogi Bella said, "It's too crowded, no one is going anywhere." EAT is now the best and healthiest breakfast in Las Vegas but you have to wait. Then all the places in the old town near it were closed.
It seems to be a chain store. I have seen it in other places. The current simple meal is more cost-effective. The menu is clearly written, and there are still plenty of things. There is no problem with eating.
Creative brunch, I went to eat by myself. I accidentally discovered that there are salmon soft-boiled eggs like Japanese cuisine. It is accompanied by the kind of coarse-grained rice base. It has a concept of healthy food and is worth recommending.
The American breakfast here, elegant environment, beef sandwiches, good coffee, very comfortable!
American brunch is basically for tourists who miss the breakfast in the surrounding hotels and come here to settle for lunch. The coffee is good, freshly brewed hand-ground coffee, and the sandwiches are also very big, double the size of ordinary breakfast sandwiches.
