A Beautiful park
What a gorgeous, crisp fall day for a hike. Hiking was stimulating. So many trails. It's a shame it's so underutilized. Ther are backfields and places to walk your dogs, or cheetahs ( if you have one)...
Country Weekend
Rented a lovely country house right down the block from this wonderful state park. Great trails for all levels. Allowed to bring my dog Lucy and she loved it too.

I went to Walnut Mountain Park while killing time before a concert in the evening at Bethel Woods. Since it was a town park, I figured it'd be a few short trails amidst ballfields and barbeque sites. ...
Great views!
Great local park, nice for hiking, historic: there was a hotel here 100 years ago. There is also a playground, baseball fields and frisbee golf
A walk (or hike) in the woods
There are several well marked hiking trails throughout the park, ranging from easy to challenging. Lovely views. And there are picnic tables in various spots in the park.
