"The location of the hotel inside the park was really good and gave us a lot of flexibility. The bus transfer service from the East Gate, including ticket booking for the park entrance was very well organized by the hotel. We booked a children themed room and it was really big, two joint rooms with 2 bathrooms which allowed us to have a lot of space! (although extra bed had to be paid additionally which is a little expensive as the roommate was expensive already.) Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very delicious with lots of choices. Service in general was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the general cleanliness. The hotel sees many tourists per day and it is not well cleaned after them. Sticky floor at breakfast, tables not too well cleaned, air con with lots of mold."
