We brought the family along-ages 9 to 79-to have Sunday Lunch to celebrate our Pearl Wedding anniversary on the 31st January. We&#39;d like to give a huge thank you to the staff-all youngsters-who gave us such great service. Really first class and puts a number of other more expensive places to shame. Food-Roasts, normal menu and desserts, drink-ale, wine, soft drinks and post meal brandies all excellent. Well done!

The Edmund Halley

It was a last minute idea on the way home. The restaurant was busy but the bar made us feel very caring. We had a great pizza and a good bottle of wine at a reasonable price and the service was good. It is impossible to ask for more.

What a hidden gem! It might be small but WOW.First time eating Vietnamese food but the staff were so great helping us with our choices. The food arrived quuckly and when it did it was amazing. So fresh and tasty, definitely having Vietnamese again. Great value for money

Very clean and efficient weatherspoons with a good selection of standard weatherspoons food. Bar staff attentive and a choice of beers all at very reasonable prices.

Great looking pub -Comfortable and great fare and prices on their menu-considering London is so expensive!I had a look at the large menu with fantastic offers -combinations of specials -Defiantly will visit again!

Go here a lot as it&#39;s close by and cheap but the quality of the beer is shocking and matched only by the ignorance of the staff when it comes to real ale. Went in on the first night of supposedly the biggest beer festival in the world. Of the four beers, two had finished and one was off. Went in the next night and ordered the one which had gone off thinking they would have changed the barrel. No chance - they were still serving a beer which smelt of vinegar before it was even tasted. The bar staff have no idea and care even less. Love the way they grunt at me when a beer isn&#39;t available. Absolutely the worst wetherspoons I&#39;ve ever been in.
