Of course, this is a very photogenic bridge, so yes snap a few. But you should also walk over it, and visit it. The history of this bridge and the mechanics that (used to) drive it are really fascinating. And if you go up all the way, the view is wonderful, and good spot for some more photo's

London Bridge seems to continually be mixed up with Tower Bridge, even though London Bridge is the one everyone has heard about it, and for good reason. Since the founding of London there has always been a bridge of some kind at that spot The current bridge was built in 1973 and is a rather plain concrete structure. It's not much to look at but it gives some great views of the Thames and the rather more ornate Tower Bridge.
