A fitting tribute to the “people’s princess,” the Diana, Princess of Wales’ Memorial Playground in Kensington Gardens celebrates the innocence of childhood with a Peter Pan–inspired play scape. A wooden pirate ship serves as the memorial’s centerpiece, surrounded by mermaid fountains, tepee forts, and a sensory trail with soothing chimes. Parents will appreciate the plentiful seating, alfresco café, and well-maintained restrooms featuring changing tables.
One of the most exciting playgrounds in London. With a GIANT pirate ship in the centre and a huge sandpit.
One of the best spots for families in all of London! Perfect spot to make friends with the locals and enjoy a picnic. Best of all...It's free!
Best playground in London. For both - younger and older kids. There is lots to do for kids. The main attraction is a huge pirate ship.
A kids playground heaven located by the Kensington Palace across from Queensway Tube Station.
In the southeastern corner of Kensington Park, the appearance is elegant. When we went there, we didn't buy tickets in advance. We had to queue up to buy tickets. Then we decided not to go in front of the palace. There was a statue of Queen Victoria. There was a lake in the park. The lake was blue, with swans, ducks and other waterbirds.
The Princess Diana Memorial Playground in Wales is located opposite the Golden Bell Road Metro Station. It's not just a park, there are many different areas for play. Swings, cabins and huge wooden boats can climb. There are rest areas outside the park, especially with picnics.
