I don’t know how to surf. It’s quite satisfying for a doll like us in the city to come out to see the sea occasionally.
The waves on this beach are not small, and there are many seabirds. It should be a place that surfers like very much. But what is strange is that the view of this place is not bad, but there are very few tourists, it is a quiet beach.
Day2: Come out of the Surfing Museum, there is still more than enough ideas, then go to the famous surfing beach (Bells Beach), this is the place where the world-class surfing competition is held.
We walked down to the lookout which is still high on the hill overlooking the beautiful beaches. Even though it was overcast and windy it was still picturesque to enjoy and photograph.
We stopped at Bella Beach just to check it out and wow, I was surprised how long the beach was and how many people were out there surfing. We stayed up at the lookout platforms to take in the view.
A beautiful place to start the GOR (or finish I guess). Nice for a beach walk and to check out the surfers!
On our way back to Melbourne from a GOR tour, we drove past this beautiful beach in the early evening. We saw a mob of kangaroos feeding in the fields, reasonably close to the road.
