This Orsa & Winston restaurant specializes in local Chinese food. If you have a Chinese stomach, I think you shouldn’t miss this restaurant. It’s quite authentic.
The five course dinner was wonderful and there was a separate snack menu for you to add a few courses to the dinner, which is a must for big eaters. We had the hamachi collar, eggplant, and hand torn pasta as our additional courses, and they were delicious. The service was also excellent, as the waiters were very attentive and they described each course in details. I definitely recommend it.
Based on Japanese cuisine, adding some other elements, it can be regarded as a biased Japanese cuisine. I thought it would be the case for sashimi. I didn't expect some new flower heads in the soy sauce. In addition to the mustard, there are ginger flavours. The taste is indescribable. I still like the traditional one.
Quite a good place to go, meet 3 to 5 friends, let’s go together, very good choice!
The Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles is not the kind of big meal, and it is more casual and business package. The price at noon will be better, not too exaggerated. The Japanese sauce is quite suitable for eating at the beach.
