What people are saying:

It is a large building with 22 rooms, and there are two large ground shops on Main Street. For boarders, it has 14 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Senora Sepulveda is a private residential area on the first floor separated from the shops by a walkway. In 1901, she gave the building to her granddaughter and granddaughter Eloisa Martinez de Gibbs, who married the city councilman Edward Gibbs. After Senora Sepulveda died in 1903, the Gibbs family also moved in two years later. However, they continued to own the building until it was taken over by California in 1953. In the 1940s, the USO Canteen was located in Sepulveda House and served thousands of soldiers who passed through Union Station. You can see the rebuilt kitchen of Senora Sepulveda and her bedroom. It is a gem of local history with photographs and old objects on display-only 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Olvera Street. Free admission-Sepulveda Block Museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
