About Lufeng: Lufeng is a county under the jurisdiction of the Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province. The county is located in the central region of Yunnan Province. The prefecture has been a vital communications hub between Kunming and the west of Yunnan since ancient times. Lufeng County has become famous in China and abroad due to the presence of wonders such as dinosaur and sivapithecus fossils in the county. Some of the county’s tourist attractions include the Lufeng Dinosaur National Geopark, Heijing Old Village, Lianxiang Gate, and Xingsu Bridge.
