The old and beautiful cafes, the most enjoyable is the French, they are mostly immersed in leisure, the decoration is mainly red and yellow, brilliant...
Seen from the main road on the way back to the White Apple Square from the Piazza del Mar, it was so elegant to try it, it turned out to be the oldest cafe in Lyon, because of the crowds, we had to wait for the waiter to finish the service at the other tables. Waited for 15 minutes. "I should have had a coffee, but I didn't want to drink it at night. I came to have a glass of white wine, Lyon's famous cheese fish cake, orange chicken and tomato paste, and the fish cake was Lyon's famous dish, which was chopped up with sea fish and ground with flour and made into a large piece." It's a bit like our fish sausage, but it's softer and smoother, it's a little fishy, and it's covered with a scented cheese juice. I've tried it, but I think it's normal. The chicken rind is very salty, indeed need to be stewed a lot of rice, tomato juice powder is not too special, the weight is not much, but at least the pasta in France is cooked soft, no such as raw macaroni. It's 85 euros for a meal, and the cafe is better to have coffee.
The restaurant has a variety of traditional Lyon dishes, specially made with truffle foie gras noodles and creamy lamb liver mushroom steak, all very rich in flavor, full of milk flavor. Lyon's local pork sausage is also very good.
A very retro place, not everyone likes it.
This cafe is in a very nice environment, suitable for couples, or lovers here to talk about love, dance and so on. The dishes are still very worth the experience, very recommended this restaurant.
