After a week in Madagascar, I have never been able to meet the legendary unique animal chameleon, and at a hotel in Nosy Be, I made a neighbor with Chameleon. Moving from the lodge on the beach to another lodge next door, it is densely packed. The hotel's garden is small, but it is planted with many kinds of plants. We came to Madagascar in the rainy season, and the pool in the courtyard was abandoned for a long time, a primitive sight. When I was wondering where to find the chameleon, the lodge's butler was friendly: Hey, the chameleon you are looking for is in the tree in the yard. The chameleon that was thought to be more difficult to find was so easily found, asking if he could play with the chameleon, and the housekeeper said happily. I found a twig and brought the chameleon. It is a relatively common chameleon, which is green, but does not change color. In less than ten minutes, the butler found another chameleon that was petite but did change color. In order to verify the speed of the chameleon's movement, we put it gently on the hand, their small claws clasped their fingers tightly, for fear of falling, and then crawling at a very slow speed. In the rainy days, I found a super interesting phenomenon, the chameleon will swim. For the first time, I was a neighbor with this cute and clumsy animal. I woke up every day and saw them in front of our door, or in the trees, watching them eat or swim. It was a completely different travel experience.
