Qiongyayida Site

The site of the Qiongya Congress of the Communist Party of China is very close to the old street of the Arcade Building. The former site of the first congress of Qiongya of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 131 Zhulinli, Jiefang West Road, Longhua District, Haikou City. [1] It was originally a Yuan family house, built in 1919, covering an area of 1800 square meters, building area of 690 square meters, the building is brick and wood structure, sitting north to south, two into three courtyard layout, east and west wing, is a more typical Hainan residential building.[1]

Qiongya "big" old site covers an area of 1839.09 square meters, and the construction area is 994.26 square meters. The building is a brick and wood structure and was built in 1920. The first congress of the Communist Party of China Qiongya was held here in June 1926. After the liberation of Hainan in 1950, it became a force, Haikou and Hainan office and accommodation. In 1984, the municipal government identified the old site as the first batch of municipal cultural relics protection positioning.
