This place is actually pretty good! I was skeptical because I saw pictures of the lagoons with the stagnant water and gross-looking birds, but the beach itself, the ocean side, is really gorgeous! And it is mellow, not crowded at all! LOTS of surfers were there so it was kind of interesting to watch that, too. It is surprisingly clean of litter, except for the sea life that ends up ashore. The sand is smooth, the waves are fun, it is a nice place to go! The lifegaurds were conscientious, too. Only knock on the place is that I didn't see a place to shower/rinse off sand and the port-a-potties there were horrific. Other than that, we had a blast there!
Driving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles, I headed straight to Malibu Beach. The beautiful coastal highway No. 1 has infinitely beautiful scenery. There are beaches along the way and people are playing everywhere. Malibu beach is wide, sunbathing, beach volleyball, photo shoot, surfing, a place worth relaxing.
Passing by this beach when driving to Los Angeles, the scenery is nice and there are few people. It is refreshing to see the vast Pacific Ocean.
I personally think that sunset is more suitable. Chinese people can't stand the sun. There are not many cultural scenes around, and they emphasize natural relaxation, so the sunset can be used as a palette.
I couldn't fall asleep this morning, and then I had an idea, it's better to watch the sunrise! ! It's windy and cold outside! I covered it tightly and went out, but it was really worth it. When you watch the sun rise slowly from the sea level, really, I can’t tell the feeling, it’s hard to describe.
