Rizal Park is located in the center of Manilla next to Roxas Boulevard, facing Manilla bay. There is a large fountain in the middle of the park, and is a treasured place for rest for the people of Manilla. The scale of the park is large, the scenery elegant, and is covered with shade-giving trees, with an aroma perceptible to all. At dusk the sparkling surface of the sea reflects the shadows of the swaying shoreline coconut palms, just like a painting brimming with picturesque charm. In the center of Rizal Park there are 3 large flower gardens, which are specifically dedicated to Chinese, Italian, and Japanese flowers and plants. There is a unique rock garden inside the park, along with beautiful a fountain and waterfall. Hardly a day goes by without an open-air concert which adds to the appeal of Rizal Park.
