The Black Church has five gates, the oldest of which is the main entrance. On the square holding pillar of the side door, there are many small Greek statues with beautiful shapes and rich expressions. There are now 119 Anatolian carpets from Turkey and a large pipe organ built in the second half of the 19th century. There are more than 4000 pipes in the black church. This pipe organ is still available today.
Binondo Church, also known as Minor Basilica of St.Lorenzo Ruiz and Our Lady of the Most Holy RosaryParish , is located in the District of Binondo, Manilafronting Plaza San Lorenzo Ruiz, in the Philippines. This church was founded by Dominican priests in 1596 to serve their Chinese converts to Christianity. The original building was destroyed in 1762 by British bombardment. A new granite church was completed on the same site in 1852 however it was greatly damaged during the Second World War, with only the western facade and the octagonal bell tower surviving.
i love church :))
Although I am an atheist, I always like religion to soothe and purify people's souls. Then I walked along the Rojas Seaside Avenue from the other side to Manila Bay in the hot sun. Unfortunately, the coconut uterus, all made of coconut tree materials, near the Convention and Exhibition Center, was too heavily guarded to visit. The Manila Bay in broad daytime was much less colorful than in the evening. I left a farewell glance and turned away.
There is also a very busy holiday in the Philippines, Black Jesus Day.
This church is known as the Black Church. It is indeed well-known. The classical features of the whole church are impressive.
The exterior walls were blackened by torrential flames, and organ concerts could be heard in churches.
