Barcelona's main road is not a common east, west or south or north urban road, its urban center line is a road known as diagonal street. The diagonal line is the main street from the northwestern end of Barcelona to the southeast end of Barcelona. At the southeast end of the road, Spanish architect Mirales designed the diagonal park in 1997 and 2002, according to its geographical characteristics. The park connects the Corner Street to the Mediterranean beaches of Barcelona, creating the unique urban landscape we see today at the southeast end of Barcelona.

Goya is a sculpture monument located in the Ensanche district of Barcelona. It was created by José Gonzalvo Vives in 1984 and dedicated to the Aragon painter Francisco de Goya y Lucientes (Fuendetodos, 1746 - Bordeaux, 1828). On the Garden Square, Frederic Mar Font del Gall created by Font del Gall in 1925 is also located here. The monument was commissioned by José Gonzalvo. Made of iron, the work uses a geometric decomposition-based figurative style, which treats characters with basic volume designs and produces strong light and shadow effects, which shows the influence of sculptors such as Juli González and Pau Gargallo . The artist is pictured in his paintings holding a palette and brush as the French army shoots the rioters of May 2, 1808 in Madrid. So next to the painter, a fable figure in the painting appeared on a pedestal, the prisoner in the white shirt raised his arms, beside him two masks expressing the suffering of the people.
The layout of Barcelona's city streets is actually quite special. The main street through its city center is a diagonal, connecting the two ends of the city. This park is located on the side of this diagonal street. The design is quite industrial and modern.
