This town hall has a very long history. It is located on the edge of the old port and is sandwiched among a bunch of restaurants. It is a good place to take pictures. The whole European-style building is very imposing, and it looks very grand from a distance. There is free WIFI, and visitors can sit in front of the city hall and enjoy the view of the port.
