The snail is hot and delicious when served. It tastes great. This is by far the best snail fish I have ever eaten - much better than those in Sydney (including Hubert). The custard is slippery and matches the baked cream cake. The main course we had beef face meat, and beef and salmon, which, too, were well done and tasted great. No dish is not tasty!
