The menu selection is quite traditional but impressive. The main course is snail, salmon, duck liver cake and beef pie. The salmon and pie are very fresh and make you want to eat more. The snail is hot and delicious when served. It tastes great. This is by far the best snail fish I have ever eaten - much better than those in Sydney (including Hubert). The custard is slippery and matches the baked cream cake. The main course we had beef face meat, and beef and salmon, which, too, were well done and tasted great. No dish is not tasty! The dessert for the meal was caramel pudding and cake. Caramel pudding was fantastic! The cake was delicious too, the cream and pastry ratio matched well, and personally the nutty cream and ice cream was a bit too thick. The table service was great! The waiter was very attentive to the details and was very cute and gracious. I recommend coming here for dinner and we will come back soon!
