Witness history, witness the city! Very interesting museum, worth visiting!
I loved the Immigration Museum in Melbourne. The museum does a great job of outlining the migration stories in Victoria’s past, and of bringing them home to the visitor through interactive displays and period recreations. My favourite parts were the interactive interviews with potential immigrants, the recreations of the ships that made the journeys from Europe to Australia, and the real posters that encouraged Brits to move to the other side of the world.
The Immigration Museum is not big, but there are holes in it. The collection is rich in information, and there are regular performances for visitors to reproduce real-life scenes, which show the working tools, clothing, living conditions used by the indigenous people at that time, and make people remember deeply.
This museum is very moving, emotional and informative! As people travelling here from England, this museum was very close

This museum has a mix of information about Melbourne's history, interesting exhibits about the different means by which people immigrated to Australia, as well as interactive areas on modern immigrants and immigration.Entrance fee is $10 and well worth it for an hour or two of exploration. If you're near Fed Square and need something to do, this is a good option.
The layout is also very beautiful and full of history. The videos are also great. There are some great exhibitions, including the exhibition of Kung Fu masters, wonderful movies and background information. Experience it and spend a few hours here will be your best choice.
