Blade - Fontainebleau Miami Beach

We loved the burrata with roasted pears, very smooth and balanced sweet and sour. The green sauce (I wonder what the secret is) made this appetizer memorable. We also had the shrimp omelette. The yolk rolled around the edges and the omelette tasted tender. In the middle of the omelette was sautéed onions, which were nice and smoky. The green cherry tomatoes on the side were a perfect match. For main courses we ordered duck empanadas, beef tenderloin, and rooster fish. We all loved our main courses. I personally loved the duck empanadas because the duck was tender, wrapped in a creamy sauce, and well seasoned. As for the wine, my dad had a bottle of red wine, which was pretty good. My family thought these delicious dishes should be enough for us to enjoy for the night, until we saw the desserts: Catalan cream and bread pudding! For my parents, the Catalan cream was a real surprise because every spoonful tasted different. There were citrus flavors, hazelnut flavors, peanut butter flavors, vanilla flavors, and layers of them served in a beautiful porcelain bowl.
