No. 3 Camp

Camp 3 is the highest place that the environmental protection bus can reach, and it is also below the large glacier in Hailuogou. Tourists can climb the lowest glacier in the world to play, make snowmen, and fight snowballs.

Camp 3 of Hailuogou Glacier Forest Park is a transit distribution center. From here, you can take the cableway to Camp 4 or walk over a small hill to the edge of the glacier. There are also some hotels to stay.

This camp had an awesome forest walk with a ground level walk, as well as a raised boardwalk. The autumn colors in October are beautiful. It's a great experience to get away from the big city life and connect with nature again. Don't forget to take a jacket with you. Even if it is warm in the city, it can get quite cold at this altitude.

Arrive at Camp 3 and walk to the viewing platform. On the viewing platform, there is a river bed composed of pebbles and boulders. On the river bed, there is a large black glacier in the shape of waves. If you leave the scenic spots and walk down the river bed, you can climb up the glacier directly and touch the real glacier with your own hands. This is the front end of the glacier, because the temperature is warmer, the glacier has melted into a stone riverbed, which is considered to be only a huge rock on the riverbed from a distance.

Camp 3 in Hailuogou is actually a camp on foot on the glacier, all the way through the primeval forest to the viewing platform, this time lucky can also be directly on the glacier, unfortunately, the location is not as high as Camp 4, can not see the spectacular sea of clouds.

Camp 3 Caohaizi is a primitive forest park with fresh air and rich vegetation. It is a good place to see red leaves in autumn. When I came out of Caohaizi Scenic Spot, I was lucky to see two little monkeys.

Having heard of the name of Hailuogou for a long time, I was snowing when I went up to the mountain yesterday. I came to Camp 3 to stay at Jinshan Photography Culture Theme Hotel. The staff are very enthusiastic. Help with luggage. The room is as warm as spring. The next morning, at 6:30 a.m., the waiter got up on time. Come to the roof to shoot the sunshine in Jinshan. Then take the battery car to Chengmen Cave to see the red stone ice tongue. It's so beautiful. Unfortunately, the ropeway could not see the ice falls and glaciers due to overhaul.
