I found Al Capolinea as I was looking for a different restaurant recommended by my hotel. At the end of a week-long business trip, and after a full day of skiing, I was tired and was looking for a quick bowl of risotto with a nice glass of wine. And that's just what I found! The restaurant was empty...at 8:30 pm on a Saturday, I was clearly ahead of the dinner rush! The owner made space for me at a small table usually reserved for the traditional "aperitivo".....the food that accompanies happy hour. The staff were all very welcoming and the food was delicious (risotto with taleggio and pear and tiramisu for dessert). The venue would be great for group event or a larger party of 10-12 people. Best meal I had during my week-long visit.
