Visual feast is well-known, indoors and outdoors are beautiful scenery, people linger. All works can be photographed casually, but rooms and buildings can not be photographed. A spiral walk upstairs is an art design in itself. Some works seem very simple and can only be understood through reflection. There are phonetic explanations in English, but there are no Chinese ones. Recommend.
As many other Italian cities, Milan is full of museums and there is plenty to choose from, depending on your art taste and the amount of time you can spend looking at pictures. Museo del Novecento is ideal for the ones interested the more contemporary artists, in fact it shows 400 pieces from the XX century. While the main focus is on Italian Futurists, there are a few pieces from the likes of Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein.
The 20th Century Museum was opened in 2010, mostly by Italian modern artists. For one of the best views of the cathedral, Milan Cathedral can be seen in the hall of the museum, which has a collection of more than 4,000 works, catalyzing the development of Italian art in the 20th century. There are large spiral stairs in the center of the building.
