The founder of the Heidi Te Manor, who bought the manor in 1907, with his passion for flowers and plants, carefully selected unique and good plant varieties when he traveled to faraway places such as South Africa and China and introduced them back to the UK. These plants bring a variety of colors, aromas and gestures to the garden of the Hedijute estate. The gardens are diverse and allow visitors to explore a wide range of plants from around the world, including daffodils, squalls and Welsh poppies in stone pillar gardens.
