Kenya | Beautiful country on the equator ~ African destination travel
Located on the equator, Kenya is often misunderstood as scorching hot. However, most of its territory is located in highland areas. Taking Nairobi, the capital, and Maasai Mara, a must-visit destination for tourists, as examples, the average altitude is about 1600-1700 meters, belonging to the tropical highland. Therefore, the climate is similar to Yunnan, China, with temperatures ranging from 10-25 degrees Celsius throughout the year, making it very suitable for human habitation. It is a great place for Chinese people to escape the summer heat and for Canadians to escape the winter cold.
Awesome experience. Got to see so many animals for the first time up close.
We arrived around 11 a.m. and it was a good deal to take Uber from the city. The ticket sellers at the entrance of the park are very kind. If the tickets are converted to US dollars, the tickets are almost US dollars per person. You can find a local tour guide to rent a car (with a driver tour guide) on the spot. It may be due to the off-season. The cost of the tour guide ➕ is enough for two people. 50 US dollars is enough. Some tour guides will open a higher price and have to bargain with him. If you arrange a car rental at the hotel, the price is relatively high. It is not recommended to let the hotel arrange it. The park drive time is about 2 hours. The original ecological environment in the park can feel the living state of natural creatures. There are indeed more animals than people. The animals inside are generally not afraid of people and cars, because the park is fully open and people are not allowed to get off the bus. Listen to the tour guide that animals here generally do not attack people. The animals seen inside are mainly lions, horned horses, bison, giraffes, antelopes, eagles, vultures, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, no elephants, you can take pictures up close. The tour guide is very professional and friendly, there is no request for more fees, the overall experience is good, score 8 points, have a chance to come again!
Nairobi National Park is a great example lace to see animals on their nature life and see most animals live in peace and love
About an hour's drive from Nairobi, the area is small but there are large animals such as elephants, hippos, giraffes and lions, it is worth visiting.
A great destination. The only national park in a city in the world. When visiting Nairobi, take time to visit. I deal for a day trip.
About 2 hours drive from Nairobi, the area is small, there seem to be all kinds of animals inside, but no lions are seen.
