Great Place for a Small Adventure
This sanctuary has a small museum inside with local taxidermized and live local animals on display. There is no charge but donations are accepted. I took my son and his friend here for a hike (5 y/o)...
Lovely place to hike. Many trails for various levels of ability. Lots of shade. We went when it was 85 degrees and were perfectly comfortable. Easy to get to, between the Armonk and Bedford exits off ...
Nice place to hike if you are in this area. Not worth long haul to get here.
It is a nice place to hike with many trails of varying difficulty. It is fairly easy to get to from I-684. A quiet serene place only moderately labelled for learning about trees and plants.

Hike
Nice walk. Trail marking somewhat difficult to follow. Not a strenuous hike. If you are looking for a place to take children this is fine.
Beautiful Hike, Worth the Trip
A nice place to hike in Westchester near Pound Ridge and Bedford, NY. A beautiful Hemlock forest. No dogs allowed.
