Picturesque, relaxingTamborine Mountain is a short drive from the Gold Coast and a fun place to be. As I was driving, some hang gliders filled the sky. Spectacular. There are villages for coffee shops and ice creams along the way. Bushwalks are well signed. We saw a python on the track; the waterfalls were worth it. One of the kids got a nasty bite when they picked up a leaf. This is rainforest country. Definitely recommend a day trip.
