GLS***70I think this place is actually so cool. It's definitely something new to see. Although it look kind of cheesy I actually love it! It's a really cool place to visit and also kind of sad and funny at the same time. But you should definitely visit this, if you ever find yourself in Croatia.I recommend!!!
_We***45fantastic place to go. recently got hit by an earthquake in 2020. but still a very old and very majestic piece of architecture. only a couple of minutes walk from the city center and many good restaurants around the area. if you are into religious buildings make sure to see the biggest cathedral in Croatia.
Helena BSt Mark’s Square (Trg svetog Marka) constitutes the heart of the Upper Town, having formerly served as the main market square of the settlement of Gradec. Dominating the square is the 13th-century Church of St Mark, a three-isled Romanesque church which still retains much of its original hape. The Gothic arched ceiling and the sanctuary were added in the late 14th century, along with the fifteen statues that stand in iches above the southern portal. Some of the statues were made by masters from the Parler workshop in Prague in around 1420.
_We***45definitely a must see in Zagreb. you will find great food. bars. street performers and most famously a lot of cafes scattered around. check it out for the old architecture and lively atmosphere.
13901694958The Old Town of Graz is located along the Mur River, a tributary of the Danube. It is the second largest city in Austria. It was an important trading center in the Middle Ages and later became the center of Graz. In 2002, the government rebuilt and modified the square and became a place for public gatherings and sightseeing. When the night comes, music is drifting around the square with soft lights, and the romantic and warm atmosphere is intoxicating.
