The lovely Baroque structure of Parnu, built under the rule of the Russian Tsar, struggled with maintenance, but the interior was beautiful, with a wooden promenade and round stained glass windows near the organ pipe. You can see the building on the main shopping/restaurant street in the old town of Parnu and it is well worth a quick stop to visit the Luthern Church.
