What people are saying:

Arrive there early to buy tickets and queues can be long. This is a very popular tourist attraction. The entrance fee is also reasonable. The staff had a great feeding show, feeding the baby elephants and feeding them, then actually walking around so you can touch them and even take photos. Nice trip.

Additional Information

You have the chance to satisfy a month’s worth of your cuteness quota while supporting an extraordinary cause. The trust rescues orphaned elephants and a team of keepers care for several at a time. From 11am to noon every day the facility is open to the public. During this time, the littlest of the orphans are bottle fed and let out to play – all just feet away from where you stand. Once old enough, these highly social and intelligent pachyderms are rehabilitated and taught to live in the wilds of Tsavo East national park with a family of similarly rehabilitated orphans.
