Akshardham

Swaminarayan Akshardham (New Delhi) is a Hindu temple, and spiritual-cultural campus in New Delhi, India. The temple is close to the border with Noida. Also referred to as Akshardham Temple or Akshardham Delhi, the complex displays millennia of traditional and modern Hindu culture, spirituality, and architecture. Inspired by Yogiji Maharaj and created by Pramukh Swami Maharaj, it was constructed by BAPS.

The Ak Saddam Hindu temple is the largest temple in India, which took five years and tens of thousands of people to participate in the construction. 1. Located in the eastern part of the city of Delhi, the blue line of the subway can reach directly; 2. The temple was built in 2005, representing the highest level of Hindu antique architecture; 3. From the perspective of architectural aesthetics alone, the magnificent design and exquisite sculptures of the temple are unique throughout India; 4. Unlike other Indian temples, the interior of the main temple is also carved beams and painted buildings, with white jade from the dome to the roots of the walls. 5. No matter the exterior wall or interior decoration, the sculpture always contains religious mythology, which reflects the good moral of harmony between man and nature. 6. In addition to the main temple (free visit), there is also an exhibition hall, 250 rupees ticket (about 25). There are three exhibition halls, which show "exploring human world outlook", "religion, folklore and culture" and "" India's 10,000-year history and contribution) is not recommended (not because it dislikes the world outlook of Indians or doubts whether the history of Indians has 10,000 years, mainly because it speaks Hindi, which is really incomprehensible); 7. Every night at 20 p.m., there are music fountains, which require 80 rupees to visit tickets; 8. Security checks here are the most stringent of all scenic spots, except for money. Pack, nothing can be brought into the temple, so photography and video are impossible.

Arrival mode: Take the Blue Line of Rail Transit and get off at Akshardham Station. Opening time: Monday is not open, 9:30-18:30 can enter the scenic area; exhibition hall opening time (10:30-18:00); music fountain performance time 19:45, will be adjusted according to the sunset time of different seasons. Note that any food, beverage and electronic equipment, including mobile phones and cameras, are not allowed to enter the scenic area, so long lines are often required at the entrance to store personal goods and electronic equipment and to conduct security checks.

This Hindu temple is located in Noida on the edge of Delhi. It covers a large area. Photographs are not allowed inside, but they are really exquisite! The security check is very strict. For our non-religious visitors, the evening fountain show can be seen!
