ARoqa, a bit strange restaurant name, but the taste is very good, it will not make guests feel strange at all, especially their buffet seafood, eating that is a happy, after all, the ingredients are fresh.

Went for a party during brunch, therefore I did not have the pleasure of trying more of the Italian dishes on the menu. From our limited menu, I ordered the Mushroom bruschetta and a hamburger. The bruschetta was not a traditional bruschetta, it was more like a pizza. The bread was chewy, the cheese melted like pizza topped with mushrooms. A bit disappointing. The hamburger was very good. It was cooked to my liking, topped with lettuce, tomato and onions. The hamburger was served with fries on the side. Would I go back, probably since I would have wanted to try the other items on the menu. But, I will not get the bruschetta.

Found Fonda when looking for a Latin restaurant near Chelsea and the High Line. The hostess and wait staff were very attentive. The fresh-made guac was terrific. Tried the Rosalita (their house margarita with hibiscus) and the classic margarita, which were both solid choices. The highlight was the shrimp and scallops entree which the waiter suggested. Best I&#39;ve ever had! All the food was so packed with flavor. The overall vibe is more for adults, but we took our 2 kids, and it was fine for them. (They loved it.) Highly recommend!
