This is a great place to go for a salad. They have fresh ingredients, many of them organic, and they run the place very efficiently so even when it's crowded you can get in and out quickly. They have all kinds of protein and grains - and even red cabbage which I rarely see in a salad place. They also have a wide range of dressings. You can either pick one of their pre-designed salads or choose your own ingredients. It's a 100% positive experience to go there - and easy to pay on their app.
Went here for lunch yesterday around 1pm. Line was out of the door but was moving very fast. I went for the Buffalo Chicken salad chopped with Buttermilk Ranch dressing. I thought it was very good - I'm normally not much of a salad guy but I liked the fact that everything was chopped up and mixed with the dressing. In and out in 10 minutes. Will be back next time I'm downtown.
I eat at this location very frequently due to its proximity to my office; and today I found a significantly sized hair in my salad. When I called them up to discuss, I spoke with a very unapologetic and indifferent customer service agent named Joy. After four subsequent calls I was told I needed to return to the restaurant for a refund on my credit card. This is the single worst case of customer service recovery in the history of the hospitality industry - "Guest walks to restuarant and buys salad, guest walks back to office to eat said salad and find hair, guest calls restaurant to address, guest makes three subsequent calls, and finally guest is required to return to the same store to receive the refund." Last visit...end of story.
