Up Thai, the name of the restaurant knows that it is a Thai restaurant. The amount of their dishes is quite large. We are three adults with a child. The appetite is very good. I didn&#39;t expect to have eaten it.

Went here for dinner on a Saturday night and the place was packed to the brim! Was seated at around 9pm to a very lively and pumping atmosphere reminiscent of downtown lounges. My friends and I ordered a handful of dishes and were equally impressed with each. Our server was also very friendly and explained the menu in detail. Very satisfied with my experience here.

I stopped by here after a doctor&#39;s appointment only because I was starving and the menu choices posted outside looked tempting. It was fabulous! What a find. I&#39;ve gone back twice already and plan to go again this week with friends. You can make a meal out of just appetizers, they are so good. And the portion size is pretty big. The spices and flavors in the food will please your palate. The menu is extensive and authentic. The service was also good. It&#39;s always nice to sit by the window and people-watch and since they&#39;re on a corner there are lots of tables by the windows.

Taking a late lunch break from a Sotheby&#39;s Auction, we did a quick check for restaurants within a few blocks, that had excellent reviews. Quoting a previous review, after dining here,Jean Claude&#39;s is a small, local neighborhood &quot;gem of a restaurant&quot;. Despite arriving at about 3:45 PM, shortly before they were to close for lunch, the staff &amp; owner were very accommodating to meet our every request and told us not to rush and to take as long as we needed to enjoy our lunch. And we did. The owner noted that they have two different Chefs. One for lunch and another for the dinner service. He noted both have their individual styles, and both are really good. He told us to come back someday for dinner to see the different creative style of the dinner chef. We plan to do it. For lunch, I ordered the classic French Onion Soup which was about as good as it gets. My lunch entr&eacute;e was a Hanger Steak (with a nice French Red) and it was delicious as well. The overall ambiance resembles a small French/NY Bistro-it was simply comfortable and we enjoyed the setting. The wine menu is somewhat limited (thus one of the small reasons I didn&#39;t give it an 5 rating), however we enjoyed a nice French Red with our lunch. As fair as price, it was more than fair deal for NY-I will certainly make this a regular stop for trips in the future in the Big Apple. It is indeed a nice gem of a find. I would recommend it for friends or business folks that like a casual setting with a nice &quot;laid back&quot; feel that serves very good food at a great price.

I, my husband, and other members of our family eat dinner here frequently (usually 2 -3 times per month). We have never had a bad meal. The chardonnay is wonderful. I usually order the blanca salad and grilled branzino, which comes with roasted veg and potatoes; it is one of my favorite fish dishes in NYC. The bread, which we request be toasted, is great and whenever they have the apple strudel, we order it. I have never had better apple strudel. The service is always welcoming and excellent. After reading some of the negative reviews, I wonder if this is the same restaurant.

Up Thai，餐厅名字一听就知道是泰式料理餐厅了，他们家的菜分量没想到还挺大的，我们是三个大人带着一个孩子吃的，胃口都很不错的，没想到竟然还没有吃光。

东区最火的的泰国餐厅了吧，酸辣咸甜平衡极佳，简单又好吃！点单如下：Thai-herbed Wings (香草炸鸡翅)Corn Soup （玉米浓汤）Beef Pad Kee Mao（牛肉炒醉鬼）Crab Fried Rice（蟹肉炒饭）Massaman Curry（玛莎曼咖喱）Larb Pla（泰式风味炸鲈鱼）最喜欢的就是朴实无华的炒饭，米饭、鸡蛋、洋葱、一点香草，恰到好处。炒醉鬼，辣味和各种香料的细碎粉末均匀的沾裹在软糯的河粉上，也是欲罢不能。目前吃到过的纽约泰餐里，Thai Villa （更多创新菜）和Up Thai（更多家常菜）都挺不错的！

The hottest Thai restaurant in the East District, hot, sour, salty and sweet balance is excellent, simple and delicious! The order is as follows: Thai-herbed Wings ( Vanilla Fried Chicken Wings Corn Soup (Corn Soup) Beef Pad Kee Mao (Beef Fried Drunk Ghost) Crab Fried Rice (Crab Fried Rice) Massaman Curry (Martha Man Curry) Larb Pla (Thai Fried Salmon) The favorite is the unpretentious fried rice, rice, eggs, onions, a little vanilla, just right. Fried drunks, spicy and various spices of fine powder evenly wrapped in soft pho powder, is also wanting to stop. At the current New York Thai food, Thai Villa (more innovative dishes) and Up Thai (more home-cooked dishes) are quite good!
