I’m giving this museum 4 stars instead of 3.5 for a couple reasons. One, it’s not their fault that I don’t care for some modern art. Two, they had a whole floor closed, as new exhibits were being in...

Great museum. (●✿∀✿●)
The Whitney American Museum of Art is one of the four major museums in New York, mainly exhibiting modern art, with a very strong artistic atmosphere, perfect for visitors who enjoy the exhibitions
Great views, one of the birthplaces and collections of modern art in New York, representing the development of American culture and art. Views from the roof overlook Manhattan and the Hudson River are beautiful at night.
One of the four major museums in New York ❗️ (you have already punched in every word of proud) Whitney Museum of American Art (also called the Whitney Museum of Art, and also called the Whitney Museum) Whitney Museum of American Art This art museum is famous for its large collection of "American Modern Art", and the quality of many collections is even fresher than that of MoMA. Address 99 Gansevoort St, New York, NY 10014 Official website: http://whitney.org/ ⏰Business hours: ⚠️Closed on Tuesday Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 10:30~18:00 Friday 10:30~22:00 Tickets: Buy tickets on the spot for $25 for adults, $18 for students, and free for under 18s. If you buy tickets online, it is between 140 and 160 yuan. I feel that buying tickets online is more cost-effective. The official website says that Pay-What-You-Wish tickets are available at the admissions desk on Fridays, 7–9:30 pm. They may not be purchased in advance. (You can pay at will from 19:00 to 21:30 every Friday , This is not bad too (*๓´╰╯`๓)♡) Estimated play time: 3 hours Featured 1⃣ One of the "New York's four major art galleries" equated with Metropolis, MoMA, and Guggenham 2⃣️The super beautiful appearance is full of modern industrial technology. The whole building is an asymmetrical structure full of edges and corners. The application of a large number of floor-to-ceiling windows and the height of the central floor make the light appropriately weaken the connection between the indoor and outdoor exhibition halls, allowing three terraces to surround The city's style naturally became part of the exhibition. In a word-super suitable for taking pictures ❗️❗️❗️ 3⃣️The exhibits are not very esoteric (I don't really understand the modern art exhibits on the fourth to sixth floors of the Guggenheim Museum), which is not too obscure, and it is more suitable for entry-level tourists like us. 4⃣️The famous High Line Park comes out of the museum. You can check in at the same time. Practical tips 1⃣️Sister taking pictures: Don't miss the staircase of the museum! The row of light bulbs that feel like falling from the sky is definitely a bright spot, super filming ❗️ 2⃣️It is recommended to choose to go at 7 o'clock on Friday night. At that time, the on-site ticket purchase is Pay-What-You-Wish. 3⃣️There is a cafe in the art gallery, you can take a break when you are tired, but to be honest, the old and beautiful snacks are really hard to say, so just buy an American coffee ☕️ 4⃣️There are not many things in the gift shop, and the price is not very friendly.
A must see for all who are interested in American art. It is located in a beautiful forest and the buildings are simply masterpieces of the architecture world. The artworks here are well displayed and the commentary is very good. The staff is very knowledgeable and enjoy sharing. The facilities are very modern with a great cafeteria and the food was very good. No matter where you start, the tour is worth it. Frank Lloyd Wright's house was an added highlight and was within walking distance of downtown Bentonville.
