There are two ancient temples in the east of Ningbo City, one is Tiantong Temple and the other is Ashoka Temple. The construction of these two temples is relatively close, with a history of more than 1,700 years. Tiantong Temple was built in the first year of the Yongkang in the Western Jin Dynasty (300 years), one of the five famous Buddhist Zen Buddhism, known as the "Southeast Buddha State." From Ningbo City, you can take the bus directly to Tiantong Temple. Although the temple is relatively remote, the incense is very strong, and many pilgrims come here every day. The monasteries are located under the Taibai Mountain, which is surrounded by layers, the group of peaks and one temple, the peak of a temple town. The ancient trees in the temple are towering and the scenery is quiet. Next to it is the Tiantong National Forest Park. After visiting the temple, you can climb the mountain and take a deep breath.
