Water Zebei is located at the intersection of Pingqiao Street (formerly Pingqiao River) on the west side of Zhenming Road, Haishu District, Ningbo City. Song Baoyoujian (1253-1258) was built and continued in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now most of the stone pavilions were built in the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, retaining the pavilion base of the Southern Song Dynasty and the rebuilt "ping" stele in the Ming Dynasty. Shuize Pavilion is built for Zeshui Monument. The pavilion is under the Siming Bridge. Take a moderate place, measure the water potential, and engrave the word "ping" on the stone. "The word should be vented, the word "ping" should be stored, the opening and closing should be appropriate, and the people will not have to worry about drought or flood. Therefore, the Siming Bridge was renamed Ping Bridge. The water pavilion has played an important role in ensuring the abundance of crops and the safety of the state and county. The water monument uses the principle of horizontal water to achieve the purpose of observing the disaster situation and unified dispatching of people's conditions. It is the only example of the ancient water conservancy remains in my country. It is a rare physical example of studying the history of water conservancy development and the study of urban drainage and flood control projects, and has special significance.
