MAYA是索菲特酒店的其中一个餐厅，也是这次需要打卡的最后的一个餐厅，餐厅标榜全天供应早午晚餐，同样作为美食林臻选餐厅，餐厅整体环境硬件过关，服务也算到位，我们选择了午餐时间用餐，午餐只供应半自助式一人份set lunch，主食有七种选择，而沙拉，汤，甜品，水果自取。热汤有中式和西式两种口味，西式是番茄奶油汤，味道十分一般，中式汤有点像黑暗料理，芋头煲鱼块，汤还是冰冷的，非常奇怪的组合。很难接受冷的汤&hellip;&hellip;服务生介绍的主食，因为是泰文直译的，抱着勇敢一试的心态点了，结果上来了一个港式茶餐厅feel的碟头饭，原来是爆炒海鲜配白饭，海鲜非常不新鲜，虾都雪坏了的，淡而无味，根本就是白灼后伴点洋葱和酱汁，那个白饭松松散散还不热，明显就是微波炉加热的。泰式炒贵刁，选择这个主食无非就是因为不容易踩雷，确实贵刁是炒得挺正常的，可惜就是虾也是不新鲜的，一点味道都没有。甜品可以说是完全失败的出品，一个五星级大酒店的甜品能做得这么差，挺难以接受的~最后还是要吐槽一下员工的服务问题，首先我们是下午两点到餐厅用餐的，我们从了解菜单到下单，以及上菜用餐，均没有一个服务生提醒我们餐厅午餐的结束时间是下午的三点，直到距离结束营业时间前20分钟才过来跟我们说他们快要结束营业，让我们尽快拿取食物享用。其次，我们一开始就询问是否可以散点午餐，他们一直十分肯定的告诉我们是不可以的，后来我们觉得份量不足，想再增加一个主食，却跟我们说可以单点主食，感觉就是有点忽悠我们一定要点套餐。真没想到一家国际五星级大酒店的两家餐厅居然让人大失所望。

Desserts can be said to be a completely failed product. The desserts of a five-star hotel can be done so badly, which is very unacceptable. Finally, we have to complain about the service problems of the staff. First of all, we went to the restaurant at 2 pm to dine. We learned about the menu to place an order, and served food. None of the waiters reminded us that lunch in the restaurant was closed at 3 pm until 20 minutes before the end of business hours and told us that they were closing and let us get our food as soon as possible. Secondly, we asked if we could have some lunch at the beginning, they have been very sure to tell us that it is not possible, and later we felt that the weight was insufficient, and wanted to add another staple food, but told us that we could order a staple food, and it felt like a little fooling.
