I first tried another famous Keliliu store, la Toque, and found that the taste was not bad. I saw that this store also opened a lot of chain stores, and there was a location to rest. I ordered a set meal, one big and one small, and also matched a coffee. The price is very affordable, but the taste is generally the same. First of all, it is cold, the outer skin will be very hard and difficult to chew, and a little sweet, the key is that the taste of the wine is not soft, there is a little sticky teeth, there is a comparison to know that it is still another store delicious.

Le Chef did a very good job, I cannot recall his/her name. I have to praise Etienne and Paula they did a great job showing us the food and waiting  on us. I strongly recommend this nice restaurant.

Oh my god.  What an amazing restaurant.  The pigeon main course was probably the best dish I&#39;ve ever had and I can honestly say the wines and food were amazing.  Found it through the Michelin guide and cannot recommend highly enough

I always reserve a night to lunch or dine there when in Bordeaux, it has always been a great old fashioned chic brasserie that never disappoints. The location is just the best, the ambiance is great, and do they know how to celebrate birthdays! From the professional yet caring service to the quality of every dish, this older Bordeaux institution has kept a young and dynamic image through the years. Classic, when done well, never fades. Go!

Simply put... the greatest dining experience of our lives! We are a couple in our 60&#39;s, have dined in the finest restaurants on five continents, and the four and a half hours we were honored to share with the thoughtful and experienced team here was nothing short of thrilling. The ambience, the cuisine, and above all the knowledgable and passionate staff made this an evening we will never forget. We enjoyed every item from the wonderful amuse bouche, the delicate breads, and both the Origins and Heritage menus. Then there was the Signature lobster preparation, so dramatically infused via the Christofle press that was wheeled to our table... the resulting dish as delicate and heavenly as one could possibly imagine! Then followed incredible desserts and of course the cheeses from a magnificent trolley also wheeled to our table! And all of the above paired perfectly by the clearly experienced hand of the sommelier, who introduced us to a number of regional offerings that worked so well with each course. In the end, though, what made this evening a 3 Michelin Star (at least!) for us was the team. These young men and women bring such passion and excitement to their positions that it is infectious. They described in fine detail the preparation of each small ingredient on each offering, how these interplayed, and how best to consume them to obtain the best experience of the flavors. When we inquired about how they arrived at this most lofty of Michelin rated restaurants, they were happy to share their life stories and how excited they are to be a part of a place that every day gives such joy to people... and as I looked around Le Pressoir D&#39;Argent I noticed similar smiling diners and staff, interacting over these wonderful offerings, which is in the end what a truly outstanding culinary experience should be about! Bravo!!

Everything was just wonderful!  The menu is interesting and so flavourful.  We highly recommend this restaurant.

The entrec&ocirc;te was all fat, gristle, and sinew. I had the duck previously and it was delicious

先尝试了另外一家很有名的可丽露的专卖店la Toque发现味道还不错，看到这家也开了好多连锁店，而且还有位置可以休息下，点了一个套餐一大一小的还搭配了一个咖啡，价格是很实惠，但味道一般般，首先拿过来就是冷的，外皮就会很硬比较难嚼，又稍稍有点甜，关键是当中不软糯酒味不重，还有点粘牙，有比较才知道还是另外一家店好吃。

下午茶的咖啡，顺带当地特色的甜点，很惬意哦。

如果说马卡龙是巴黎的代表性甜点，那么波尔多的代表甜点就是可露丽了。这个由修女创作出来的甜点，当然不似马卡龙那般的粉嫩，焦糖色的外衣看似沉闷，咬上一口却是软糯弹牙，又不会太腻，不错不错！

If macarons are the representative dessert of Paris, then Bordeaux&#39;s representative dessert is the deluge. This dessert created by the nuns, of course, is not as pink as macaron, caramel-colored coat seems dull, but a bite is soft and bullet teeth, and it will not be too greasy, not bad!

有个超爱自己动手做甜点的小伙伴，来波尔多之前我就在想是否要买个Baillardran的模具送她。来看了后，我默默地打消了这个念头，不便宜！单个的可露丽要3.5欧，纯铜的模具当然更贵，况且不可能一次只做一个呀，算了，买一个来吃吃犒赏下自己就好了

There is a little friend who loves to make desserts by himself. Before coming to Bordeaux, I was wondering if I wanted to buy a Baillardran mold to send her. After seeing it, I silently dispelled the idea, it is not cheap! A single Keluli wants 3.5 Europe, the pure copper mold is of course more expensive, and it is impossible to only do one at a time, forget it, buy one to eat and reward yourself.

来了波尔多，怎能不吃可露丽呢？就好像到了巴黎不吃马卡龙一样对不起自已，对的，Baillardran可露丽就是波尔多的国民甜点

When you come to Bordeaux, how can you not eat Kelley? It&#39;s like not eating macarons in Paris. I&#39;m sorry, yes, Baillardran Kelley is Bordeaux&#39;s national dessert.
