Roadtrip to Venice..🚗 we just took halfday tour around Venice and really enjoy..what a beeeeuuuteyfull town..🏞 ❤️ Venice, the capital of northern Italy’s Veneto region, is built on more than 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. #celebratewithtrip #tripblazer #venice every traveller has memories of Venice and yes i had also. i travelled to some cities in Italy and Venice or (Venezia) is one of them. a Romantic island city. it is the Capital of Veneto region in Italy is built on more than 100 small islands. you will enjoy architecture in historical places of Renaissance and Gothic times. so i ride a boat and visited Grand Canal. a zigzag way with amazing bridges. (Basilica Di San Marco) was another great place which i visited, beautiful designed church. (Piazza San Marco), is another place worthy to visit, a public square with many tourists. also (Dell Accademia Gallery), is one of the most prestigious art Galleries in Venice if you are interested in Art and paintings. also enjoy having Italian food in the city.

Jejalan di Milan kejap & amik train dari Milan ke Venezia. Venice is 'city of water', 'city of bridges', 'floating city' and 'city of masks'. Well ... did Venice make it on my list of one of my most fav city in the world? Probably not! But I must say that Venice have its own charm. The city itself is beautiful ... The architecture is amazingly unique and have loads of history. Yeah ... It is a tourist town ... It is overcrowded, really expensive & constantly under renovation... But if you can look pass that you will enjoy Venice . The main attraction here is Grand Canal, St. Mark Square, gandolas? and Rialto Bridge to name a few. But for me the real gems is their outer Island - Lido, Burano, Murano AND wandering around back alleys in Venice, observing antique building & get lost! ... I consider myself quite good with directions but here the buildings looks similar and there's hundreds of bridge ... It's like walking in a maze ... You will get lost ... I mean really2 lost & it was so much fun!! But sooner or later you will know your way plus it's an island ... no matter how lost you are it's not like you can get off of it. Wandering around you will find hidden treasure of Venice, antique places, watch local live their life and play ... Observing people ,their interaction and you will try to guess another person's story ... I love doing it .. When you travel you will met different people with different walk of life ... People watching is very insightful and informative way to know them. It allows you to observe humanity in all its diversity and similarity. Anyway ... Some tips in Venice : when you first arrive and looking for your hotel pls prepare a map of your hotel location ... Wandering around in Venice is fun ... But walking clueless for hours with heavy backpack is no fun ... Every shops have a business card ask for it ... usually they got a map on that card ... That's how you know exactly where you are ... Don't eat at table outside a restaurant ... Eat inside or take away ... It's cheaper ... Don't eat at places with 20 different languages on the menu or didn't show a price at all ... Instead of forking out a minimum of €80 for a 25-30 minute ride on a gondola in Venice, did you know you can have the full gondola experience across the Grand Canal in Venice for just 2.5% of the cost? This is all made possible if you go to ‘Gondola Traghetto’ which is only a short walk away from the famous Rialto Bridge. You don’t need to book in advance, just join a relatively small queue of people (even in the summer), pay €2 and hop on the gondola. There are a couple of drawbacks to this, one being you’ll be sharing the gondola with a number of strangers rather than renting a private gondola for your party. Secondly the gondola trip only lasts roughly 3 minutes as you simply cross the canal rather than travel along it. If neither of these things put you off then this is definitely a bargain and a must do on your trip to one of the most magical cities in Europe.

There are basically no roads, transportation is accomplished via boats on a confusing network of canals. It’s truly unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before! Here, we explored Saint Mark’s Square. Also called Piazza San Marco, it is Venice’s main public square, basically the social heart of the city. There are a bunch of famous landmarks here, like the Clock Tower, St. Mark’s Basilica. Then, the The Grand Canal, which is the most important channel running through the city. Many of these buildings can only be accessed by boat. We also visited the St. Mark's Basilica, the most famous of Venice’s churches and the cathedral of the Patriarchate of Venice. As a lavish and much-beloved symbol of Venetian history, it’s totally worth a stop. Overall, Venice is worth visiting. Venice is an enchanting city that casts visitors under an intoxicating spell. It’s dreamy and romantic, with an undercurrent of mystery and drama. Venice is such a special place to the point that it almost doesn’t feel real. #bucketlistreboot there are a lot of major tourist spots along the grand canal, we enjoyed ourselves spending time here. there are lots of amazing moments when the Sun flashes on the canal, and it was a great experience when we walked on the bridges to see the boats and gon gondola pass by. It is also a good way to see Venice with the amazing buildings you cannot visit there without seeing the Grand Canal! There’s so much to see over there, and we had a wine and food, walking tour and walked around market, this is just an amazing city ❤️❤️

The Gondole Ride in Italy is absolutely iconic and if it happens to be your first time in Italy or specifically Venice it is irreplaceable. The ride through the Grand Canal is incredibly scenic and tranquil. You will see many other boats passing by and you will be transported through different parts of Venice that a tourist would love to see including the older historic buildings and more. I personally enjoyed our tour guide who was giving us a history lesson as we were looking in awe on the water. When thinking of Venice I think of the velvet-padded gondolas. It is an obvious and cliché choice of experiencing Venice. The ride through the winding Grand Canal is elegant, slow, with unusual silence permitted by the absence of cars and beautiful views of pastel old buildings with entrances on the canal's side. Same (or even better) is if you're staying in an apartment with a balcony above the canal with singing gondoliers paddling below you every few minutes. Oh, la dolce vita.
